13. 7월 13일(화) ‘주께 순종과 감사로 세워지는 교회’ 출 38:21-31

본문 관찰과 묵상

성막이 완성되었다. 아론의 아들 이다말이 백성들이 성막 건축을 위하여 헌금한 건축비 재정을 담당하였다. 브살렐이 모든 기구제작 공사 현장 감독으로 헌신하였다. 오홀리압은 기구들에 조각과 수놓는 예술담당 감독으로 헌신하였다. 그리스도가 세우시는 교회는 그리스도에게 충성되게 순종하는 성령 충만한 사람들의 자발적인 헌신으로 오늘도건강하게 세워지고 있다. 그리고 그들이 연합하여 그리스도와 함께 성전으로 교회로 세워지는 것이다.

QT를 통하여 듣는 주님의 음성

구원받은 백성들 20세에서 50세까지 남자의 총 수가 603,550명 이었다. 그들이 한 베카, 즉 반 세겔의 구원의 감사의 속전이 총계가 301,775 세겔이었다. (한달란트=3천세겔). 오늘의 무게로 은이 3.9톤이 들었다. 놋이 70달란트 2,400세겔, 2.27톤이었다. 금이 29달란트 730세겔, 1.14 톤이었다. 재정의 헌신이 성막을 완성하였다. 기구를 제작하는 은사와 예술적인 텃치를 하는 은사의 헌신이 성막을 완성하였다.

결단과 적용

오늘도 주님의 교회는 그리스도가 사람을 통하여 세우신다. 성령충만함을 받은 성도들이다. 그리스도의 보혈로 구원받는 자들의 재정적인 감사로 세워진다. 은사받은 대로 주님께 순종하고 헌신하는 모든 성도들의 하나됨을 통하여 세워진다. ‘성령이 하나되게 하신 것을 힘써 지킨다’(엡 4:3). ‘서로 대접하고 존경하기를 원망없이 하고 각각 은사를 받은대로 하나님의 여러 가지 은혜를 맡은 선한 청지기 같이 서로 봉사하라’(벧전 4:9-10). 결국 기도로 성령충만함 받고 순종과 감사로 그리스도께 헌신하는 성도들로 교회가 세워진다. 그리고 그들이 성전이 되고 교회가 된다. 내가 교회를 세움에 충성헌신하다가 내 자신이 성전으로 교회로 세워지자!

13. July 13(Tue) QT. ‘Obedience and gratitude to the Lord builds up a church of Jesus Christ’ Ex. 38:21-31

Observation and meditation on the text

The tabernacle was built completely. Ithamar, Aaron’s son was in charge of finance, which was donated by the people to build the tabernacle. Bezalel served as the field overseer. Oholiab was the director of art, sculpture and embroidery. Even today’s church of Jesus Christ is being built healthy by the people who are filled with the Holy Spirit so that they may willingly and voluntarily serve the Lord and people. At the same time, they are being built into the tabernacle, temple and church of Jesus Christ as each one of them is united with Jesus Christ who is the corner stone.

I hear the voice of the Lord through QT

The total number of the men between 20 and 50 were 603,550. Each one of them gave their ransom money, one silver beka, which was half shekel, and its total was 301,775 shekel (One talent equals 3,000 shekel).
It is equivalent to 3,9 ton today. Bronze was 70 talents and 2,400 shekel, which equals to 2.27 ton. Gold was 29 talents and 730 shekel, which equals 1.14 ton today. People’s financial offering enabled to build the tabernacle. In addition to the financial support, people’s sacrificial offering of their wisdom, skills and gifts enabled the Israelite to complete the construction of the tabernacle.

Decisions and applications

Even today’s church is being built through people who are chosen by Jesus Christ. They are spirit filled people. Church building is being built by the saved people through the blood of Jesus Christ. At the same time church is being built by those who are given wisdom and skills and gifts by the power of the Holy Spirit. They serve the Lord and his church as stewards. ‘Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace’ (Eph. 4:3). ‘Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God in its various forms’ (I Pet. 4:9-10). After all, church of Jesus Christ is being built by Jesus through spirit filled people who are obedient to the Lord and serve God and people who are good stewards to the Lord and people. And they are being built into a temple of God and his church. As I serve and obey the Lord and people, I should be being built as a temple of God today.
